Critter Control has a great customer-focused system that allows them to document their work on each visit with photographs as necessary, and email a report to the customer right from the driveway before they leave the work site. It makes for excellent accountability and makes the progress nicely visible to the customer. I appreciate all the hard work and the attention to detail."
