"M&S was able to come to my property within 48 hours to remove a bird nest from a vent on my house and then seal it so they could not get back in. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services."

"Great. Get smart way surpassed my previous pest control company’s knowledge base. He uses science based methods, not just outdated routines and chemicals which other companies employed to no avail."

"Eric and AJ were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. We had bats in our attic and crawl space beneath the house. We also had mice in a storage area and Norwegian rats in the crawl space. Both the mice and rats were manages in the customary fashion. The bats were managed by performing a humane eviction, using one-way venting at the primary entries/exits, and a complete exclusion, by sealing up any secondary holes, cracks, or crevices in the structure that could serve as potential entry. The work was accomplished. I whole-heartedly recommend Pest Plus for all pest control issues. Pest Plus also offers a program for quarterly checks to confirm that they pests have not returned. Pricing was very reasonable."

"The overall experience was wonderful from start to finish! Juan was friendly, responsive and did amazing work. We needed a lot of clean up work done prior to listing our house for sale. He knew exactly what needed to be done to make the yard picture perfect. He was punctual, professional, fairly priced and fulfilled everything we discussed.
