"Randy was amazing! We had a bird get into our fireplace for the second time in four months. We thought we had the problem fixed back in March by the fireplace company we hired, but that's not the case. I called Randy at 8am and he was at my house at 11am. He knew exactly what the problem was and put wire around the gap and was done in 15 minutes. He also took time to look above my garage because I was paranoid we had animals all over the house now. He also checked the outside of the house to make sure there were no other ways animals could get in and showed me where the previous owners had patched a place where a raccoon likely had access to above the garage.
