"John was extremely responsive (via email, easiest for me) and offered to do an in-home consultation about the work we needed done within 24 hours of the initial request for an estimate. That evening, John had provided an estimate, which was extremely competitive with the other estimates we had obtained from other contractors. John offered to help us shop for flooring and even offered a discount at a specific store, if we chose to shop there. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks (!) and 3 days later, our first floor looks entirely new - just what we were hoping for. Great work, reliable and trustworthy contractor. Recover is a company with 6 employees and to keep control over the quality of a project we do not sub-contract out any of our work. We do not require any money down before a project starts, and do not accept payment until a thorough walk thru of the project with our customer has been done to make sure the job is up to the standards we set at the onset of the project. During the winter months there is a discount on all of the services we provide, this runs from November through March. If a project is booked during this time, even an exterior, the discount will apply.

"I chose a local business, despite the higher cost because they had good ratings. What I got was a sloppy, rushed job. From ground debris painted in to drips on the deck boards, from paint on the windows to a horrible re-caulking job. Yes, the owner was responsive but after two 'fixes', the very obvious issues still existed. It should not be on the customer to find the issues. I feel like I could've done a better job. So disappointing."
