"Sent an email on a Sunday evening and they came out Monday and gave an estimate. Ben and Levi both got on the roof for the inspection. Took pictures, came down (actually went back up to match shingles) and walked me through the issues and then provided an explanation for their estimate. Not pushy and easy to talk to. Listened to my concerns and questions. 2 days later roof was fixed. Provided pictures before, during and after work. Made what was a stressful situation into an easy fix! "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
