"HandyMack performed multiple jobs for us, so it is hard to choose categories above. Essentially they did multiple repairs prior to our selling our house. They repaired and replaced rotten siding and windowsills. They pressure cleaned and painted the exterior of the house. They installed French doors. They removed some drywall and replaced it after putting a new boot on the roof to prevent further pater intrusion. In short - lots of stuff. They were very prompt and responsive. I would use them again, and intend to when we move into our new house."

We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. "Jason did an awesome job on my 100% wooden front door that is 15 years old, the original door to the house and I did not want to replace it. He treated it like it was a cherished piece of fine furniture. He filled in the cracks, sanded, stained 3 times, and sealed it with a thicker coat on the outside. He replaced my old locks on that door, the handle, and the other locked doors so I still only have one house key. I love my front door so much more now! Great customer service, great quality work, and Jason is very dependable!"

"Tom and the TDE crew did an excellent job with our remodeling and repair work. I had never hired a contractor or had such a large job done on my house before. Out of several contractors that I contacted for estimates, TDE was the only one to follow through with it. Tom was very responsive through our many revisions to the scope of our project, and was willing to put forth the extra time and paperwork that were necessary for us to get our renovation loan. Even though there were a couple small issues with work done by subcontractors, it was easy to get the problems fixed and all of the work was completed in a timely manner. When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."
