Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. He treated it like it was a cherished piece of fine furniture. He filled in the cracks, sanded, stained 3 times, and sealed it with a thicker coat on the outside. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
