The area was full of weeds and we couldn't grow grass but now we have a beautifully green area installed by a great crew who were absolute professionals. We had a special request of the crew for where the transition occurred between the turf and other areas of the yard and they were more than happy to make it happen. We have rock edging and many river stones around the area and the crew ensured the turf looks great in those areas. "Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable. 
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up. 
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"Highly recommend them. Every step along way was positive! Bill responded immediately to calls, very helpful with questions and reachable by Cell for follow-up. Arrived on time and very professional. We had a plumbing drainage problem; one plumber had visited and felt our exterior drain pipe may have been cracked just outside foundation. Once Callahan excavated the ground open, pipe was not cracked by foundation. Bill showed us one joint to be repaired/adjusted and suggested us hiring a drain cleaning company anticipating tree roots. (Next we hired drain company who got through backup and along with video, found tree roots got through seam but thankfully no cracks in pipe.) With the joint adjusted, we can better monitor if future backup. During project Callahan also secured plywood over area to protect from rain; locked area was not accessible to public. When we called to schedule completion, in spite of us being a small job - again Callahan was available quickly to return. During second visit and refilling, they went above and beyond in also removing and disposing some scraps that were in ground. Thanks again! Highly recommend their services!
