My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. They pulled permits and started the work within about two weeks and finished it flawlessly in one day. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."
