"Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. His crew is very experienced, and they did an excellent job repairing and preparing all of the cracks and blemishes on our house. We are very happy with the final product. They meticulously removed all the popcorn from ceilings, retextured and beautifully repainted ceilings, walls and woodwork. Each night of the project the house was left clean, vacummed and usable for the evening. At end of day, we were told what was done, and what was planned for the following day. "We had a small window of time between when the previous owners were moving out and we were moving it to have some work done and Michael was able to make that happen for us! The garage of our new house needed the walls and ceiling repainted before we could have the new flooring put in. Michael was quick to respond, efficient in the process, came out to consult and color match first, and was able to do the job in record time. It made SUCH a difference to the space. He patched a repaired a few spots on the walls, removed hanging hardware and prepped/taped off anything that needed it. All super professionally done. There was one area that started cracking while it drying and Michael was quick to respond and come fix, no questions asked.
