"Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"Got quotes from two other companies - both lacked professionalism in their quoting process (neither followed up to see if we wanted to purchase either.) Invisible Fence was more expensive, but met price of other vendor when asked. Installation was easy and efficient. Training of dog was good. Were 1/2 hour late to second training, but spent good amount of time with us to do actual training. Would definitely ise them again!"

"Chuck and his crew of two did a fantastic job installing our new deck and side porch. They began their work early on a Saturday morning and finished the entire project in one day. They were very punctual and polite, and they did a great job with clean-up, etc. Though I never saw a final scale drawing or plan from Chuck before he began building, he did a great job of building exactly what I described to him through images/floor plans I found from the internet. He even suggested adding a few decorative trim pieces to the base of the deck/porch that will really make them stand out once we stain them next year. <br /> A few final nice touches.... Chuck was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, and he was able to perform the work within a few weeks. I thought that his price was very fair, and he even took $100 off of the total price if I purchased my own post caps (which was my preference anyways). And finally, he bought my husband a dozen select beers to enjoy on our new deck! <br />"

"during the winter someone had slid off the road and taken out several panels of our fence. andy came out and gave us an estimate to have it repaired and one to have it replaced. we ended up having it replaced. they showed up when they said they would and the fence looks great! we would recommend and hire andy again."
