"Late Review This rating is for the Avon store but was initially placed under main McCool's. After researching flooring options and providers, I choose McCool's in Avon. Brad was very knowledgeable and worked with me as I tried to narrow down carpet vs LVT. This was going to involve the entire house and would, depending on material selected, involve carpeted areas ripped out and replaced with new carpet (leaving sheet vinyl on kitchen/bathrooms) or carpeted areas ripped out and LVT laid over all surfaces. House is 900 square feet. I finally decided on the LVT. Due to my work schedule, we finally got the measuring scheduled for end of June 2017. Tony came out to measure and was going to give info to Brad. Brad would then email or call me with price and we'd set a date for installation. Unfortunately, this never occurred. I called after a couple of weeks and left message. I called a couple of weeks after that and spoke to Brad who said he had to get with Tony as he couldn't read his handwriting. I called a couple of weeks after that and left a message. A couple of weeks went by and I spoke to Brad. He'd misplaced my note and hadn't gotten with Tony yet. I said I wasn't in a hurry but wanted to get it done before the snow flew and to have enough time to schedule time off. He assured me that he'did get with Tony that week and contact me with cost. My last call was at the end of October and I left another message. I have had no call or email. At this point, I am quite disappointed in McCools of Avon and have taken my business elsewhere.
