"There was a problem initially with the radiant barrier installation - the first crew of two were installing 30" wide rolls lengthwise along the roof end to end instead of from ridge to eave as the manufacturer recommends and made a couple of other minor mistakes which were easily corrected. After talking to the manufacturer, the sales rep offered to take out what had been installed and re-install according to spec or continue as already done with sealing of all seams and a discount on the job. Done this way, the foil would not have the insulation properties per spec but would provide the radiant barrier I desired. I chose the letter option and the barrier work was continued by another crew on the 2nd day. On the 3rd day the crew finished up with the barrier then blew in the installation.
With the exception of the initial problem, the work was done neatly and professionally by courteous workmen who cleaned up completely after the job was done.

"They are extremely excellent. They rate plan is worth the monthly fee. And no additional charge other then plumbing and electrical. If they can not replace or repair it. They will come up with no charge. One time visit fee of 50 to repair sink or etc. Highly recommend them."

"Wyatt was extremely professional and completed the work as scheduled and properly. Very happy with the service. While he was on the roof he noticed condition of the roof and recommended a new roof (We knew it was needed soon, so it wasn't a surprise that it was needed). He put together a quote for the home as well as another property and we decided to get both roofs installed! Will update once they are completed.

Our home is about 8 or so years old. The builder didn't take much pride in finishing the walls in the garage. Having had a finished garage in our prior home I knew that was something I wanted and also knew that the finished garage in our prior home was a huge selling point. The crew from Timothy's Home Improvement did a fantastic job of finishing the walls and ceiling and the floor is perfection. The crew was very professional, punctual, and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and upon leaving the work area was as clean as they had found it. All in all a very favorable experience.
The overhang on our front porch was constructed in such a way that allowed rain water to infiltrate the fascia and the overhang itself causing discoloration and bubbling of the paint. Tim?s crew completely reconstructed the fascia and overhang to the standard that it should have been by the builder and it looks great.
My wife and I are very pleased with the work done by Timothy?s Home Improvement and will definitely be using them again.
