"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"They did every window in the house in one day. The whole experience was fine and we didn't have any issues with the windows and they did a good job. One window in the bathroom had privacy glass, so it was a design on it that would let the light in but you couldn't see. They came out and we told them that it wasn't what we ordered. They got the right order and came back out and replaced it. That was a good deal for us and we didn't have any issues. The crew came out here and were going at such a good pace. I was helping them clean up the mess and then they would go onto the next one. I would save them time, but stayed into the evening to finish the job. They had them pre-measured, had them built, brought them out, popped out the old windows, and got the new ones slapped in. We haven't called them back for anything. We've been pretty happy with them and they've been a good product for us. We have a patio door that I tore apart. I painted it and rebuilt the wood portion of the frame. It's held up over the years, but at some point I would probably go back to Wellington because they custom built the windows and they all fitted with no issues."

"We hired the Noelge team to sheetrock two bedrooms and a hallway, after two months of getting estimates and being stood up by some contractors. It was a headache just finding a team with a decent estimate. They started the project on time, and mostly showed up on time each day. They worked 10 days straight to complete our projects, which we are happy about. However, we don't know why it took 10 days to sheetrock two bedrooms and a hallway. Once the project was finally done, we discovered that our beautiful 76-year-old hardwood floors were ruined. The crew significantly damaged our floors -- dents, board splits and horrible scratches. We were very upset, not only because this delayed our entire project by about two weeks, but because we had just moved in to our home 3 months ago and now we had an unforseen project and expense ahead of us. We notified Noelge of the damage immediately, sent photos of what we found. They were a little reluctant at first to take responsibility of what happened, but then agreed to cover the expense to have our floors sanded and refinished. Once we provided them with the floor estimate we received, we were immediately asked when Noelge can expect the rest of their payment, as they stated that this was a big loss for them. This was, of course, very offensive. Their financial loss is not our problem. We informed them we would pay-in-full our remaining balance minus the floor estimate by a specific date once our floors were fixed, and we did. We need sheetrocking done in our basement eventually, and we were going to hire this team for that. However, with what happened, we will not be a returning customer. I think they did their best to make things right, however, we won't risk significant damage again by re-hiring Noelge."

"The start date for roofing is always unpredictable late in the roofing season, but Brad provided regular status so that I'd know what to expect. The crew worked hard and were very nice guys. (I mention this because I've been around workers that were downright scary, and how people behave on my property does matter to me.) They protected the plants and cleaned up to my satisfaction. The roofs look great, too. The bid also included carpentry to repair storm damage on the garage. It did not include painting the new wood, but Brad did it anyway without additional charge. He also went over and above and helped me with another small project. Don't be afraid to hire this small company. They are great!"
