Once the chair was put together & plugged in, Mr Eiland had me sit in the recliner so I would know how the chair operates in each mode (reclining, standing up, heat, massage, etc). He was here within my given time frame & finished the job within an hour or so. They cleaned up afterwards & pitched all scrapes & box materials into our dumpster. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"
