We are a small company in the area and our quality of work and the satisfaction of our customers definitely stand out. We have 19 years of experience providing an outstanding quality of work. We provide all types of concrete work; patio, driveway, sidewalk, foundation, floor, walls, stairs, etc. We started working as contractors then in 2003 we started our own company. We are constantly learning and completing challenging jobs to specialize even more in the work we provide. We make sure every part of the job is completed as the home owner requests. We work hand in hand with our custoumers so they can make sure we are doing everything the way they would want. We have never had an unsatisfied customer. We keep working until the customer is totally satisfied with the job. Local, full service concrete contractor specializing in both custom stamped & standard concrete. New construction, additions, repairs, and replacements.
"I called several companies to get pricing on a 24x18 concrete patio, and Paul was the first one to call me back and the first one to come out to do a site visit. He was courteous and professional during the entire process, and never attempted to pressure me into upgrading or getting something I didn't need. When it came time to schedule the pour, Paul was able to fit us in very quickly, and even when there was a delay due to his concrete supplier being backlogged because of a rain delay, it only resulted in a one-day delay, and Paul was upfront and in touch the entire time. On the day of the pour, Juan Carlos and his team were scheduled to show up at 7:00am, but showed up about 20 minutes early, which is better than 20 minutes late! He and his team quickly got to work prepping the area, and by 12:00 they had completely finished the project, cleaned up the area, and had left house/yard/driveway in the same shape as before the arrived. The only difference was the beautiful new patio! Probably the best part for me was the personal visit from Paul afterwards to inspect the work. Based on my experience, I would whole-heartedly recommend Paul and his team from Maryland Curbscape to anyone looking to get concrete work done. I waited a while to write this review, because I wanted my father-in-law to take a look at the patio. He did masonry and concrete for about 40 years, and once he gave his seal of approval, I knew I had let Paul and his team know how thankful my family and I are that we have a new space for anything we can think of."

Concrete driveways & floors installations FAQs
Think of cement as the glue and concrete as the finished product. Cement is a powdered mix of heated limestone and clay. When you blend that powder with water, sand, and gravel, it hardens into concrete—the strong, durable material used for driveways, patios, and foundations. In other words, every concrete slab contains cement, but cement on its own isn’t strong enough for a driveway.
The price to install an asphalt driveway is $7 to $13 per square foot, slightly less than concrete. However, asphalt requires more maintenance than concrete and does not last as long. Concrete driveways and asphalt driveways differ in material composition and performance. A concrete driveway is engineered for lasting durability and versatile design options, while an asphalt driveway is more economical initially, yet demands increased maintenance over time. Concrete surfaces provide extensive aesthetic choices and an extended lifespan, making them a strong investment for high-traffic areas.
A concrete driveway endures for 25 to 30 years with proper maintenance and installation. A concrete driveway lasts long because its durable composition and robust construction provide excellent resistance to wear and weather. High-quality installation, regular cleaning, and timely sealing all contribute to extending its lifespan and maintaining performance over decades.
