"Jim is extremely friendly and responsive. However, as the weeks stretched into months - and he increased the costs of services twice, my patience grew thin. It took nearly 3 months for 2 bathroom renovations. And throughout the process Jim and his team kept asking us basic questions you would think a home contractor would know. <br /> One of the questions was "how high do you want your shower curtain bar?" It's literally a standard size (75-77 inches). When I came home, it was installed ~6 feet off the ground. I'm 6'4 and was pretty confused why it was so low. I had to ask them to move it. <br /> Similar experience with them placing mirrored medicine cabinets. One bathroom has them so low I can't see my face without squatting. However, I did later have to go up on a ladder to replace a gutter guard, and found that he had done an excellent job, with extra attention to detail. The attic fan he put in is extra powerful, and you can hear it faintly through the bathroom ceiling fan opening, so I know it is working well.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Would definitely use again.</p> <br />"
