I appreciated the following things about their visit: they were punctual, professional looking, cared about not damaging any of my property or plants, took a good amount of time to set up and make sure everything was proper before beginning, thoroughly explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions, worked efficiently and the work looked great! They also cleaned the front sidewalk, which now also looks new and fantastic. I am very pleased with how it all turned out and my only regret is that Chris does not do plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, roofing and HVAC. If he did, I would hire him to do everything."

"I called S and A Maintenance when I noticed some boards in the soffit under the roof of our old garage appeared to be rotting. We were informed that we needed a new roof which was no surprise. S and A was booked up in the fall but came out in December, replaced the rotten wood and completed the roofing job with no trouble. The roof has held up well. They also reserved some of the good boards for possible later repair of our 1905 house since boards of that size are no longer produced. I have used S and A multiple times for both small and large jobs, because I trust Dave to figure out what needs to be done on an old house and he always comes out to inspect the work afterwards. <br />"

"His name is Brian Dougherty. He’s good. He does all kinds of stuff. He is a handyman, he does whatever I want him to do. I haven’t gotten the bill. He charges about $187 to do the gutters and the windows. I wouldn’t be hiring him unless I rated him an “A”. I think his price is reasonably. I don’t have anything to compare the price to. I think he does a very good job. He is very responsive. It’s just him that comes out."

We do most of our household remodeling ourselves. Their pricing is reasonable. One thing I really like about them, my husband is a Veteran and they give a 10% discount. You don't find that very often. They always been very professional, polite and helpful. I really like that store. I really can't say enough about them. They were very, very good."
