"We hired them to cover wood fascia with aluminum and then to install new gutters and gutter guards. They removed and disposed of the old vinyl gutters. The work was done in the projected time on the day agreed upon. We had no clean-up afterwards. Great job, a month later no leaves and no water overflowing the gutters."

"We contacted 3G to obtain a quote on gutter replacement. I spoke with the owner, Brett, and set an appointment for him to come out and give us a quote the following day. <br /> When he arrived at our house, Brett asked me if there were any areas of concern. We had a couple--including a downspout that was rigged (very poorly) by the prior owners to move water about 30 feet away (this set up was necessary due to our pool). Brett came up with a better solution. Instead of running the downspout like it was, Brett recommended using a larger, 6 inch gutter on the back of the house, and installing a 6 inch downspout in a different corner to avoid the long run. <br /> After doing some measurements, Brett put together his quote, which was better than the competition (even with the larger gutter in the back). Brett showed me samples of the gutter and leafguards, and answered all of my questions. <br /> I called Brett the next day and scheduled the work. Brett told me his crew would be there the following Monday between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. <br /> On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time, and immediately went to work removing the old gutters. The whole job went well. The guys worked non-stop from the time they arrived to well into the evening in order to get the job done in one day. They did a good job with clean up (the entire crew walked around looking for any bits that were missed), and while there are a few small scraps here and there, that was expected (among other things, it was nearly dark by the time they finished). <br /> Brett called me the following day to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I had none, but really appreciated the gesture. <br /> So far, we are very pleased with the results and would recommend 3G to others. While it hasn't rained yet, the gutters look great, and really add a finished look to our home. We have no doubts that the gutters will perform properly, and if they do not, we are confident that 3G will back up their work. <br />"

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"Gutters were replaced and it rained just a couple of days later. All the rainwater was going right between the gutters and the house and pouring back into the roof. I called Brock the next week and he came out almost immediately and fixed the spots that were leaking. Still waiting on the rest of the downspout that is emptying right onto the deck/corner of my house but overall a good experience and quick service!
