That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

After you initially recommended them, you then recommended other companies and assigned one to us, then rescheduled them and would not acknowledge my cancellation but continued to harass me with reminders of the impending scheduled appointment including emails and texts. I even got a fraudulent email saying not to pay them because you would, but to pay you instead! And you gave my phone number to a "Tyler" in billing who called me to say he doesn't know why you did so as he can't help me. You also recommended me to a company who left a unintelligible VM saying they don't do work under $5,000! And you never replied to my emails regarding those problems. Pathetic customer service, wouldn't you agree? I doubt I'll ever use you again."

"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"I was referred to Chapman Cabinets via Angies List. After leaving a message in reference to a kitchen project, I was contacted very shortly after. I mentioned that I had gotten their info from Angies List and described the work I would need to have done. After speaking with Eric and sending pictures and other information, I was given a very reasonable quote with a description of exactly what that quote entailed. Upon agreement, I was asked for the address so that Eric could schedule the work. Not knowing where they were located, I thought nothing of the location details, but as it turns out, my address happened to be five and half hours away from where Chapman Cabinets is! I received a call from Eric, who explained that despite the 5.5 hrs it would take for him to get to this job site, he was going to honor the quote anyways! He mentioned that he probably should have looked closer at the addresses, but since we had made an agreement, he intended to meet his commitment! I find that very commendable and don't see enough of that in business these days. Despite some hold-ups due to Corona related delays, I would highly recommend Chapman Cabinets of Georgia, regardless of where you live! The work was completed as described and the quality is excellent!"
