She communicated with me promptly via text, I was able to easily set up my appointments online, she went through the COVID-related precautions they took, and they accept multiple forms of payment, including Venmo. These were all pluses for me from the get -go. The actual cleaning service was ah-may-zing. They really did a fantastic job and I have hired them to come clean on a regular basis. Can't recommend enough."
