Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Dayton, MN

"Had a great experience with Bruce and Shane. Highly communicative and clear - went above and beyond to check for siding issues around the entire exterior of the house after repairing the issue that we noticed. Would absolutely hire again."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"Rob Kyker is very good. I had Rob replace my front door, and install a new storm door. He is very particular, and I would say Rob is a true Craftsman, not just a Carpenter. Rob exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed !"

"I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely be calling him for any future projects."

"Sirs I was out of town when the repairs were completed and cannot really give an answer BUT your questions do not let me reflect that in the survey. This is the second questionare so in order to keep from getting more I answered but cannot evaluate the work. Send me another questionare after thanksgiving."

"Zach came to our house and displayed excellent knowledge of the products, processes for installation to replace the siding on our home. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and provide us with answers that would work with our lifestyle. We were super impressed that we looked for siding information on Angi’s List and put our request in on July 4th and they reached out immediately to set up an appointment."

"Great company to work with! Clint was great to deal with. When we had questions or concerns he was there with answers. The crew worked very fast and did a great quality job. Fantastic company."

"The experience with Ryan and his team was spectacular! They were able to offer their expert opinion, respond to any requests or questions quickly, and his team was amazing! I was home from work when my house was painted and his crew works hard and efficiently. Their work turned my drab ugly house into a cute craftsman cottage! We have already had quite a few neighbors stop and compliment house great our house looks. If we ever move and need another house painted Ryan will be the only person I need to call!"

"In these times, it is very hard to get repair work done. This Pro completed the repair task excellently. J B Rogo is doing the small repair jobs that homeowners need done. Thank You."

"Wow!!!!! What a fantastic company to work with!!!!! Coffer Custom Remodeling exceeded my expectations from the moment they knocked on my door. I was referred to this company by a close friend who had recently used them on a roof replacement. I was in the market for new windows and siding and from word of mouth I knew that Coffer Custom Remodeling would be my choice. I had all my siding, windows and roof done this past fall of 2017. My home has been completely transformed by the hands of the skilled workers this company employs. The best part of working with this company was having the owner out occasionally helping install!!!! You feel a sense of security and trust when the owner is present and working as hard as everyone else. Great local company, will definitely use them again in later projects. Thanks again to everyone at Coffer Custom Remodeling!!!!!!!"
