"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!"

"They physically got on the very steep roof and inspected the roof before providing estimate. Took photos to illustrate issues with roof. Ultra pro provided a fair estimate. Friendly to work with. Completed the project within 2 days (big roof) and did an excellent job of installing the new asphalt shingles. They also replaced many covers and the vent fan. They also report using 6 nails per shingle to properly secure shingles to roof. My only criticism is they could have used more tarps to make clean up easier and more thorough for themselves. Nevertheless, a weekend DIY warrior who recommends these guys."

"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. "First Rate, First Class Contractor!  Quality, Integrity and Superior Attention to Detail Had a few roof shingles blow off our roof, saw Surf & Turf Roofing signs and trucks around town so I called and we setup appointment next day.  After taking a look at the roof, they gave us an estimate right there on the spot, no waiting or having to chase them down to get it and no dire warning of estimate expiring in 1-3 day because of pricing increases. While they were there, they also recommended other repairs that had also been recommended to us by our home inspector when we bought the house.  It was reassuring to know that Surf & Turf's recommendations were not gimmicks to add costs to job. They were honest, they built our trust and we hired them to do all the work.  From estimate to completion of work took a week and a half.  There was no discussion about supply chain issues or being booked out for months.  The crew was one of the nicest and most respectful crews to us and our property. We couldn't find fault; the work was beautiful, the staff attentive and above board and our roof has never looked better.  We are so impressed with their work and professionalism that we are hiring them to do more roofing/siding work. Â"
