D'Andre arrived, saw the situation, took immediate action, made sure that everything was secure (the equipment had to run for 24 hours), checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and was absolutely the best. He was professional, kind, courteous, and personable - the type of person you need in a chaotic spot. Now that the water is gone and the repair done, he's got a plan in place to put in dehumidifiers and make sure no mold will start growing.
