The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"If you have to deal with management, I wish you luck because this has been a horrible experience. The tech forgot his pump spray bottle sitting on the hardwood in our foyer. The bottle had a slow leak and damaged the hardwood (see pics). This happened on December 15th, 2025 and still have no resolution. I have called, I have a 36 text message thread with Doug the owner and we have swapped 18 emails. He acknowledged they were at fault but has done nothing to repair the floor and it?s been 2 months. He will not return my phone calls, answer texts or emails and the cost of the repair was only $560. I highly recommend you find a more reputable company for your carpet cleaning needs."
