"Since Richard Peyton of Dayton Home Remolding had done such a great job on our master bath project, we decided to contract with DHR to do our kitchen remodel too. And because we know what a skilled craftsman he is, we requested Richard to be assigned to our kitchen project. This project called for many different skills: demolition, plumbing, electrical work, tiling the backsplash, and flooring. Some of the areas were more challenging than others due to problems created by the original construction contractor. He is so meticulous about all aspects of his work. However, in each area, Richard worked to find and implement solutions to which we both agreed. Once again, he delivered a quality product, and we are very pleased with the experience and result. Literally 24 HOURS after I MET KEVIN my brand new system was installed and operating at 100% efficiency. That's the exact kind of service that I needed. The Installation team members were meticulous, timely, personable, and provided great communication plus education. My CJS team are 3 great men and Technicians. "Greg came out and did the initial inspection and estimate. He had some concerns, spoke with the owner, felt the job was complicated but necessary. Bill and his crew came out a couple of weeks later. The work was not easy but they kept at it. Bill was very communicative, knowledgable and friendly. He kept us in the loop the entire couple of days they were there. And despite running into some unexpected problems which slowed their work, they came in right on estimate. I couldn't recommend them more."
