"They were horrible. Worst moving experience ever. They did not wrap anything - even after being asked to do so - deep gouges, and scratches all over my stainless appliances, also deep scratches all over my furniture, which rubbed against boxes and sides of the moving truck because it was not wrapped - multiple pieces of furniture ruined. Broke items in boxes marked fragile/glass - over $5000 in damages and then they tell me they’re going to have their insurance company reach out to process a claim. Still haven’t heard from them and it’s almost a month out from the move date. Looks like I need to hire an attorney. AVOID this company if you value your belongings. Oh, and watch for the fine print on the quote about valuation - if you select nothing, by default they will assign a depreciated value so when they ruin your items they’re not going to pay you full cost to replace them. I paid them in full for a horrible job that is now going to cost me thousands to replace my damaged property"

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"I just had some heavy things i could not get. They were able to work with me and get my washer dryer and heavy table moved in to an apartment with a funky doorway. Responsive, fair, and were even able to come early. Love these guys! Will use again!"

"Where to start. We were promised that everything would be packed in one day. It took them 2 and the second truck arrived at 8:30PM on a Saturday night and they did not finish until after midnight. When the 2nd truck arrived over 12 days after pickup (we paid for 1-3 day expedited), it was 1 subcontracted person that arrived in the dark after 9 PM, spoke almost zero English, and did not assemble beds, tables, and other furniture as we contracted. Because they took 12 days to deliver our 2nd bed, we had to do an extended hotel stay that cost us another $1,500 over their blackmail cost increase when the first truck was already gone and the 2nd truck was needed. They lost and damaged about $2-3,000 worth of our belongings and then to try and get reimbursement you need to go through a fraud company called MovingClaims.net that make it almost impossible to file a claim. Do yourself a favor and go with a national professional company, not these clowns."

"I did hire this pro based on the information that their employee gave me. I repeated the contract and the employee said no, we will give you more time. I called to cancel and was told by someone else that if we cancel after 72 hours then it would be nonrefundable. These scammers lied to me to get my money and then when I wanted to cancel - they hid behind a contract that their employee did not stand behind. Then had the nerve to tell me I was in the wrong when I following all protocol based on the phone call I had with this company. These people are scam artists who shouldn't be allowed on Angi or anywhere for any reason."
