"This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. At no point in the conversation did I feel pressured or bamboozled. Ricky provides a professional and courteous experience. I recommend Ricky for lawn services. "We had a sidewalk that was in danger of being pushed up by the shallow roots of our main front yard shade tree, which also needed a serious "haircut". So we called Rob, from WorksByRob.com. He came out and was friendly, professional and informative as he looked at the work to be done and talked to us about the project.
During the project estimate, Rob took the time to explain to us (without all the technical jargon) about how he follows the recommendations of the International Society of Arboricultural, which outline the proper ways to care for different trees. He went over in detail not only what he would be using to fertilize and feed our trees, but WHY he was using low-salt fertilizers and adding organic “bio-packs” to the soil around our trees.
When we gave the go-ahead to do the work, the crew showed up on schedule and began trimming trees, digging the root barrier trenches and adding the nutrients to the areas that needed it. The crew was professional and kept the work areas clean and free of safety hazards while they were on site and after leaving for the day (this was a 3 day project).
Our project was finished a half-day ahead of schedule, thanks to the hard work of Rob Brundrett at WorksByRob. The work area was cleaned up better than it was when his workers arrived, and they even helped remove some debris leftover from earlier work I had done in the yard but hadn’t had a chance to pick up myself.
Overall, I would highly recommend WorksByRob to anyone who wants excellent service and quality for their outdoor property

"Arbor-Tech called me to schedule my 6-week organic lawn service and scheduled me for a Monday.  I was called back to reschedule due to a conflict so they came on Friday.  The crew arrived Friday around 2:00 pm and the 3 workers did a  thorough job of treating my property with organic microbes/fertilizer.  They went about getting the job done quickly and they all worked together well in seeing my property was well taken care of and treated properly.  This time they did something they had not done before which impressed me even more.  They washed down my brick, shutters, sidewalk and entry with water before performing the service.  This, I was told, was to prevent any staining from the brownish treatment.   I appreciated that added touch to the service. They used my water and hose to mix their product and when done were very good about replacing it as they found it.  That also was much appreciated. Overall, an excellent job."

Robert was so responsive.  He came over yesterday to discuss what I wanted to do with the lawn since I have a very small townhouse.  He suggested a few things and then came back today with his great team of 4 guys.  While the guys were working on trimming the tree, trimming the bushes, tilling the area where the grass had died, Robert went to buy the mulch which had fertilizer in it so that the bushes, grass and new flowers could grow.     Once all of the trimming was completed, they put down the mulch and then cleaned up all of the extra leaves and mulch.   They all did a wonderful job in recreating the front and side yard - it just looks so  ,much better.   Additionally, they helped me find the sprinkler heads which were buried in the grass and putted up the grass around those areas so that all sprinkler heads were working. 

I would recommend them to anyone.
