"We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. We highly recommend Robert to care for your home as if it were his own!"

"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"Chad was great. Because of all the rain in the weeks before the job I assumed he would have to delay, but instead Chad was there right when he said he'd start MONTHS before. The guy sticks to his schedule seemingly no matter what since he stayed til almost 11 pm on a Friday night to finish the job! Cost was really reasonable and he did a great job. Would totally use him again. He minimized the mess and although I repeatedly offered water or whatever he might like, he declined... Totally self-sufficient guy. Honest, hard working, great find (made me really glad I signed up for Angie's list which is how I found Grunts). Only thing now is to wait and see if RESTORE paint product really works (so far so good!) and doesn't peel in future. If it does, though, I feel confident Chad would come back (probably next day after finishing another job!) and take care of it."

He runs his company with integrity and his communication and scheduling with us was top notch. The only issues we had were weather related and even then, Troy jumped through hoops to keep our project moving smoothly. Troy allowed us to do as much of the project as we wanted and worked seamlessly with us the whole way. He set us up with quality sub-contractors for the pieces of the job we could not do. His crew and subs were equally as polite and courteous. We actually had a neighbor compliment Troy's crews to us on the "lack of profanity" coming from our yard as there was a lot of construction going on around us and there was a ton of "construction language" coming from those other sites. All of our neighbors commented on how impressed with the service they saw us receive from Finding Time. Troy's pricing is very fair and we received every penny's worth of service from Finding Time. We dropped a last minute adder on them of a "doggie latrine outside area" for us and Finding Time accommodated that expeditiously as well. I have and will continue to recommend Finding Time LLC. "At the end of the inspection I was positive that I was not going to use him. He gave me like a huge laundry list of things that needed to be done. After he was finished he said that it would cost me $15000. There was no way all of this going be $15000. It was like these little things he tarried about because he wanted to get paid as the coupons were so cheap. He had no suggestions about minimum cost. The thing about him was he did not give us any options, everything he gave was for us to do things. There are always levels of priority and I did not get anything at all from him."
