This was a very expensive project that needed to be done, and they blew everyone else out of the water on pricing and customer service. They came and stayed ALL day, then cleaned up nicely afterwards. I plan on using them for many future services, I including lawn care and land scaping. They picked up the last guy's mess which included not finishing the job of a downed tree, with huge logs covering half of my backyard, the lawn was marred with tire marks and ruts etc.... NOEL TOOK OVER MY ORDEAL...AND REMOVED MY TREE, AND ANOTHER TREE AS WELL AS PULLING OUT STUMPS. HIS CREW WERE GREAT. They leveled out some of the ruts and removed the remains of the huge tree. "They sent a large crew and were very friendly, helpful and after they finished each tree, would ask me to inspect it.  If I wanted more limbs trimmed, they did so willingly.  They cleaned up the area - even the street - and were done amazingly fast, but accomplished all that I asked for.
Adam Brown was easy to work with and responded very quickly after I purchased the deal. He was very honest that it may take longer than usual to do the work because of his workload.  Even though I had a tree down from a lightening strike, I stayed with him, even though he said I could contact Angie's list for a refund if I needed the work done quicker.  As it turned out, it was not a long wait and I am so pleased that I didn't look for someone else.
