Juan Carlos did an excellent job from patiently working with us on a plan for our home?s exterior through completing the full installation of James Hardie siding . I went from ugly vinyl on incorrectly to a home that looks brand new! I chose the Evening Blue color. I absolutely love it!!! exterior lighting, a new garage doors and new gutters. Although we decided to add new windows he provided bids for that work as well. installers were professional and courteous as well as true craftsman who took great pride in their work. The crew arrived on time and worked carefully since I have pets Juan Carlos was attentive and quick to respond to issues that arose (termites, wood rot, etc.) and helped us to resolve them. "Dan came out quickly to assess our roof.  We had a leak over a portion of the house.  He gave us a bid to replace the leaky portion and for the whole roof.  The cost was more affordable to replace the whole roof than we thought so we decided to do the whole thing.  I also needed sheetrock hung for a current project.  Whenever I had a concern they were always quick to come up with a solution that worked best for me.  I feel like they are very customer friendly.  I plan to use them again."

"Elite did a full replacement job of old, dried out and cracked wood siding with Hardie Board. They repaired, replaced, or covered all trim, soffets, and fascias. They then painted to colors of our choice unlike other companies that only do stock Hardie Board colors. Their crews were great -- courteous, clean, and professional. Harris and Kosta delivered, and the work has transformed the outside of our home. Their price was very competitive and a great deal for the depth and quality of the work. "This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."
