"Professional. Friendly. Extremely competitively priced. Called Mike on a Friday morning regarding our broken garage door springs. He worked with our schedule and arrived on time Monday morning (Note: He offered to come over on Sat or Sun, but neither day worked for us – he truly is willing to work 24/7!) Mike installed two new springs, reinstalled our cables, balanced our door and ensured our garage door opener was running smoothly. It took him appx an hour and our cost was $147 (we fully expected double that!) There was no up-sale or pressure for additional services. My husband plans to update our garage next year and we will definitely be calling Mike to help with it. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!!"

"We utilized Keith Duerr for our entire basement drywall work (about 3200 sq of wall and ceiling). Keith did a good job and was easy to work with. He did majority of the work himself with the exception of the dry wall hanging. <br /> I wish I could rate Keith a "A" overall but unfortunately Keith's follow up was quite terrible. Keith was supposed to come back to fix some minor issues and I also had some additional work needed and I could not get a hold of him. Multiple emails, texts and phone calls later, I am convinced, like some other reviewers noted here that Keith needs to do a better job with follow up. I can only think he handles everything himself so may have challenges with keeping up with the administrative side of the house. <br /> Overall Keith does a good job and is good to work with and can be a fantastic partner if he steps up on his follow up and communication. I wish him the best. <br />"
