"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"The drain in our upstairs bathtub was clogged and it would not drain. I left a voice mail at about 8 AM, and Patrick phoned me back immediately. He arrived earlier than promised.
