"After weeks of fighting mother nature this winter(Melissa kept me on top of what was going on) we finally won the battle and 2 crews showed up on a Saturday morning and got started right away (siding materials were dropped off the day before).  They began striping the verticle boards off my existing siding and taking the windows out.  It was a tough job as they were the metal windows popular in the 80's.  One group worked on windows and the other on siding.  They pulled a window out and replaced it so there was never more than a short time when we had open space.  While a couple of men were putting a window in, a couple of others were on to pulling out the next window.  By the end of the day, we had all 10 of our new windows in and functional.  In the mean time, another crew began wrapping, insulating and siding one side of the house without windows.  This was the longest unbroken side of our house and was the only side that needed seams to cover it.  The seams were done beautifully and are barely noticable.   They worked late until dark and cleaned up before leaving for the night.  They had a box trailer that took all of the trash so the yard was always clean.   They were all here early on Sunday and picked up where they left off.  During the day, our patio door was pulled out and my beautiful new while patio door was put in.  Later in the day, my new front door was put in.   All the windows and doors are level and insulated between the framing and the doors and windows.  They continued working on the siding.  The front of my house is completely seamless. .  All exterior connections (lights, hoses, cable) are surrounded by mounting blocks to make it look very finished.  They worked under work lights well into Sunday evening.  They continued on Monday and finished up most of the work on Tuesday.   All windows are thoroughly caulked both to keep them airtight and to make for a smooth appearance. Any place that was not sealed was caulked.  All wood on the exterior of the house was covered.  New facia, new framing for the garage doors... even the oval section over my door with my address was covered.  The soffit looks great and is well vented.  All the windows are trimmed beautifully.  The almost final steps were my storm door and the screen on my patio door.  The new guttering came last and that job was done as beautifully as the rest of the project. We feel like we are in a new home and friends and neighbors have all been most complimentary about the entire project.  As for the people side of this project, Melissa and Eric were professional and well informed.  The crews they employed were professionals from the area.  All of the crews were polite and respectful.  The crew chief was super.  We feel this project was well done.  We give them an A and recommend them to everyone
