Wednesday they claim the rain stopped them from working. They didn?t start ANYTHING until Thursday afternoon when they sent a guy to do the tile work and it was EMBARRASSING! Friday morning they show to demo the bad tile and remove old laminate flooring then run to Home Depot for the 10th time this week. A guy shows up to demo the bath ceiling around 1pm. The house is a reck and nothing is complete. Jefri returns at 2 to cut new tile. It?s 5pm now and he has to make another run to HD. I asked them to finish what they can and come back tomorrow bc my tenants children are home now and it?s late. He gets upset and quits! See photos "

They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."
