"Initially, Isaiah was responsive and very professional. We hired him to do a minor bathroom update, removing damaged tile and installing a shower insert. The project was supposed to take 2-3 days. Start date was pushed off a couple of times with no real reason given. Once the job started, he ran into some complications that delayed it further. There were frequent rescheduled days due to conflicts, again with no explanation. When the job was finally finished, we paid the invoice. However, we were soon noticed that there was not much hot water coming through the spout. The mix of hot and cold was tepid, very uncomfortable for a shower. We have now waited over two weeks for him to fix this and he will not respond. We spent thousands of dollars on a bathroom remodel and can not even use the tub. It is so disappointing that we will have to hire a plumber to finish the job when he charged us plumbing fees in the invoice."

"If i could give a 0 I would. My dad passed away in January, had set up a bathroom remodel through this company and the VA, put a 3k deposit down from VA funding but the remodel had to be pushed back several times due to my dad's failing health.
