After the TTC team visited, they found that this particular heating unit needed replacing. After being walked through the condition of both units in conjunction with the wisdom of John and his team, we decided to replace the existing units with the latest Carrier models. Throughout the process, John, Amele and Brianna Ambrosino, David Pereira, and Steve Matarazzo, along with the other team members who diligently worked on the systems provided comprehensive information, quick and efficient communication about the projects, and professionalism when we spoke with them via phone from overseas or our tenants did at the house. We appreciate that the project would take some time and that their main interest was in doing it correctly the first time. Since the initial timing was during the start of winter, the heating was addressed first and completed quickly. The air conditioning was done last and eventually activated just before the heat of summer began.
