They asked me to text a photo of the toilet...they called right back and came right over to look at the toilet. They went to buy a part, came right back and fixed it! The job was finished by 5;40! And done right! Yes, I lucked out ... and called them at the end of their day...they could have easily let it go but instead, came right over and took on the job.
