"Called the company (because of the high ratings on Angie's list) to ask if they installed gas pipes for new stoves.(I called the previous evening after 4:30pm. Other companies don't even bother to answer the phone). The gal that answered was extremely pleasant and even kept her word to call me back that evening to let me know when someone would be available for the install. She actually called back within 15 minutes and my husband was able to ask a few questions. The service guy came propmtly the next day at the time he said he would. The installation took a little longer than expected...old house. However, the service guy was pleasant and comfortable to be around and knowledgeable of his profession. I was a little nervous about what I thought the price would be, but it was very reasonable and we will definitely use this company again! We were not disappointed! <br />"

"I called on Monday morning and talked to Todd. Told him it wasn't an emergency and he had me text him the details so he could schedule a service call. He messaged back on Tuesday evening and we setup a time for Wednesday. (I liked using text messages as it made it very easy to coordinate the timing). His son PJ did the work and was very polite and did an excellent job. The price was fair given the work and I would highly recommend them."
