"I asked before we started if they fix subfloor issues, they said yes. I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. I just wasted thousands of dollar and will need to redo it. Do NOT hire these people, they do not care about your needs. Would give them negative stars if was possible"

"This company did a wonderful job! The owner, Mariusz, was very helpful and responsive during the process. His pricing was very reasonable. His installation team worked very hard and did a wonderful job. When I bought my condo, the prior owners installed a horribly cheap floor that was also quite ugly. Thanks to ReDesign, my place was transformed and looks brighter and incredibly homey. I smile every time I look at my new floor. And his pricing was incredibly fair. One of my other quotes was twice as expensive as the one Mariusz gave me, and that company said it would take 4 workers 3 days to complete the project (my condo is on the smaller size side, and there is no way four people could have even fit in here while working at the same time). I would definitely hire ReDesign again if/when I need additional floors replaced."

"I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. A couple days later he sent out a very friendly and hardworking crew to replace the padding and lay our old carpet on top. It looks and feels brand new. I am so pleased that he was so promp to help. I feel like he was so fair in his pricing and that he wasn't pushy to sell me things I didn't need. The other carpet companies I called would only do the job if I bought new carpet (which I didn't need) or had a high minimum job payment. Larry saw that we really needed our basement back to working order and quickly helped us get that back. I am very satisfied and grateful!"

"Excellent Floor Installation & Staining Marcel and his Team did an excellent job installing and staining my floors! I recently purchased a condo and the floors were very creaky and not the color I wanted. After contacting Marcel, he quickly came to my place to give a quote. Marcel and team quickly got to work and provided me with regular and clear updates. My floors were fully replaced and stained within a week. The Team had to put in extra work as there were electrical conduits under most of my floors The floors now do not squeak at all and the stain looks great! "After purchasing our home, my wife and I decided to have maple wood floors installed in the bedrooms to match the rest of the house. We received three bids in an effort to keep everyone honest. Ismael was referred to us by our neighbor. From the beginning of the process, he was my favorite. He has a great personality but more importantly, he was the most knowledgeable and based on his assessment, I was confident he would produce the best work product. He actually predicted how the bidding process would play out. "I come out and give the estimate and I install the floors. They have a guy who will come out and estimate and someone else to install the floors. There will be miscommunication and problems with that. With me, no problems." Ismael could not have been more accurate. It was really frustrating and time consuming dealing with the other vendors just to obtain their bids! We paid a little more to work with Ismael but it was money well spent. My rationale was the benefit of paying a skilled craftsman to do the work correctly outweighed my time having to correct potential mishaps. We had such a great experience. Ismael and his crew were punctual, on budget and finished exactly when they said they would. They also revealed amazing attention to details--they identified and corrected a creek in a section of the floor and a stain that could not be sanded so they replaced that section of the floor. The floors turned out beautiful and we could not be happier. Ismael and his crew are consummate professionals! The best!"

"We used Wizard of Wood in 2018 to refinish an existing hardwood floor and expand it into two additional rooms. Four years later, the floor still looked great, so we had floors installed in four bedrooms and a hallway. Again, the results were great! There was lots of attention to detail around a curved staircase and a fireplace. Wizard of Wood was easy to work with, completed the work on time and as quoted."
