"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

The time management aspect of Mike and his crew was exceptional as well. Mike also went above and beyond to repair our gutters because he identified an issue with the pitch. They painted our entire exterior along with our shutters, not a speckle of paint outside of where the paint was supposed to go!! "Ive been using LHI for some time now and they never fail to deliver high quality projects. With their help, I have flipped several houses now. This last one located in Wayne, they have gutted fully for me. They installed and finished off all the drywall, remodelled a kitchen and two bathrooms and painted. "Mark was great! Showed up early everyday got to work immediately and did a great job. Price was fair and with the work Mark did it was a good value. From the start is was easy to see that mark takes great pride and perfection in his work. Refinished all areas that needed to be spackeled and sanded before painting . Was very neat and took great care in covering all areas and furniture so no paint would fall anywhere it was not supposed to be. By the end of the job Mark was like family! Looking forward to bringing him back in near future to do our family room and my sons bedroom."

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"Everything went very well, since we chose a very expensive paint that was not white, there was extra cost and labor involved, which we paid up front as the original quote was for white paint on the siding. Vincenzo and his crew spent almost 4 days painting and were very clean and neat--no splashes on our porch roof or windows! Vincenzo even power-washed our front porch floor as he noticed our power washed did not get the job done like his more powerful machine could!
