He was very responsive, and very patient and helpful when I had trouble deciding! All my questions were answered promptly. Everyone showed up when they said they would. The installation guys were great as well, very meticulous and professional When the inspector came he said it was a "great install." I can't recommend M3 Windows and Doors highly enough."
