"Excellent work! Luciano and Ricardo were responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They were prompt when coming over to measure. They gave me several samples to take home and then more samples until we wound up with exactly what we were looking for. Only two weeks after placing the order, four very nice installers showed up ON TIME and did a magnificent job with the floors and baseboards. I was concerned it might be a challenge because of the shape of the room and the location of the closets and height of the hallway tile. It was no problem for these masters. I would highly recommend Face of Wood Flooring to anyone. In fact I am now going to have them install wood floors in my master bedroom, something I was planning on putting off. Oh, the price was very fair and lower than several other companies' estimates."

I chose Jamie because he is very knowledgeable, always available (day or night, week or weekend) to answer questions. His calculation is perfect ( no shortage or overage of tiles) and his price is competitive. His crew did A great job to install the tiles, baseboards in the living room, stay and bedrooms. "Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. They were quick and even worked on Christmas Eve in order to have our home ready for entertaining on Christmas Day.
