I'm a handyman because I have skills and experience from home ownership, business, raising children, and being entrepreneurial. I have talents to share and also enjoy some additional income. \n\nFact is, I enjoy helping folks who otherwise might not have the time or skill to do some of these tasks themselves.

"Patchy at best. MND had come over for estimating a job earlier for which I had confirmed on the spot. The job was the done the same day to my satisfaction. A few weeks later, I needed a couple of gas appliances installed and had scheduled with them, however failed to turn up on the scheduled day."

"They did a good , professional, timely job.  They made sure there were portable heaters while putting in new units."

"I purchased the service through a promotion on Angie's List.  Dean's Service contacted me immediately and worked with me to schedule a convenient appointment.  On the appointment day, they called beforehand with an estimated arrival time and then arrived promptly.  The two technicians were courteous and professional, even covering their shoes before coming into the house.  They explained each step of the job they were doing and when I elected to buy an additional service that wasn't included in the promotion, the tech showed me the additional cost beforehand and asked if I was okay with it before they proceeded. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves and replaced any furniture they had moved.  I was very impressed with Dean's Service and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future and refer them to others.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Well due to it being old, they couldn't get the needed part so my frig had to be replaced. AHS obtained the needed information about my frig and we agreed on a price of a new one. I paid $75.00 for the service call."
