"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "Overall, they were very neat and very efficient in the way that they trimmed everything. They made sure that they didn't get the asphalt on everywhere. However I have a bit of a problem with the way it was applied. I noticed that it was uneven the next day. I sent them a text of the photograph to show them what I was talking about and I've never heard from them ever since. The workers were incredible. They were respectful, polite and mindful of the property. They didn't give me an actual time when they were going to show up."
