"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"Mike and his team will have the utmost respect for your property, extremely professional and treated my home as if it were his own. The time management aspect of Mike and his crew was exceptional as well. Mike also went above and beyond to repair our gutters because he identified an issue with the pitch. They painted our entire exterior along with our shutters, not a speckle of paint outside of where the paint was supposed to go!! "Ive been using LHI for some time now and they never fail to deliver high quality projects. With their help, I have flipped several houses now. This last one located in Wayne, they have gutted fully for me. They installed and finished off all the drywall, remodelled a kitchen and two bathrooms and painted. The only other company i had to call was for the roof and siding making the process and collaboration on this projext a breeze. "Mark made the whole process very easy. He came out on a Sunday to provide an estimate and was here a week later with all the paint and supplies to do the job. Mark was quick, efficient and thorough. He was able to set up, paint an entire room plus fix water stains on the ceiling in a second room and clean up all in just a few hours. All of this was done very well - much better than anyone else I've ever had paint before. The paint job is beautiful; the water stains in the second room are gone - and there was no sign of a mess anywhere. Mark said he chose a washable paint for the walls - which I was pretty sure I was never going to have to test out, given this room would have no reason to get dirty (I thought). Sure enough, a few days after the job was done, I leaned something against a wall that left a 6 inch mark. With simple soap and water I was able to remove the stain quickly - like it never even existed. The wall once again had that "just painted" look. I am already making plans to have Mark back again to paint some other areas of my home. I am so glad (after over 12 years in this home) I've finally found my "go to" painter!"

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"We contacted Comfort Basements as a starting point in our research on foundation repair and basement waterproofing, toward a grander plan of adding on to our home. Jesse came out to visit us for a free inspection and estimate, and unbeknownst to us, some really awesome advice about how to proceed with our grander plans. While we still know that we need to waterproof and repair a portion of our foundation, Jesse honestly and openly told us that we needed to start with an architect and get our "Grand Plans" in order before he could give us any estimates on any kind of work that would need to be done, depending on what would need to be done structurally to support the addition. He also suggested somethings NOT to do in the mean time, and how we might proceed from here.
While we're not working with Jesse and Comfort Basement at the moment, he will be at the top of our list when the time does come! Big thanks to him. Highly recommend!

"I had Several Contractors come out to give me Estimates. Vincenzo's Painting was the only Contractor who Called me Back Quickly and showed up on time. Vincenzo Himself Came and Gave me the Estimate and didn't rush out the Door like the others, he sat with me and we talked and went over every detail of the work. I felt very Comfortable with Him and his Estimate. I originally hired Vincenzo to remove old wallpaper and paint the interior of my home but after seeing the quality and cleanliness of his staff and work I also gave him the Exterior Paint work as well.
