"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"Mike and his team will have the utmost respect for your property, extremely professional and treated my home as if it were his own. The time management aspect of Mike and his crew was exceptional as well. Mike also went above and beyond to repair our gutters because he identified an issue with the pitch. They painted our entire exterior along with our shutters, not a speckle of paint outside of where the paint was supposed to go!! "A dog sitter we should have never trusted started a small fire in our kitchen while we were away and caused a lot of damage. The insurance company estimated the damages and made a proposal. I’ve reached out to LHI, who I found here on Angie’s and had them come out and do an estimate. I was concerned that the money insurance company offered may not be enough. I let the estimator know the amount the insurance company offered and he said that they will make it work. I figured I will also ask for an estimate to repaint the remainder of our home since we are already redoing the kitchen and the dining room. I felt they were very reasonable in their pricing and I decided to let them do an entire house. They did a very good job and had we had any other painting work, I would not hesitate to hire them. In the meantime, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a fire damage restoration or painting."

"Mark was great! Showed up early everyday got to work immediately and did a great job. Price was fair and with the work Mark did it was a good value. From the start is was easy to see that mark takes great pride and perfection in his work. Refinished all areas that needed to be spackeled and sanded before painting . Was very neat and took great care in covering all areas and furniture so no paint would fall anywhere it was not supposed to be. By the end of the job Mark was like family! Looking forward to bringing him back in near future to do our family room and my sons bedroom."

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"From the first minute they ensured we knew what they were going to be doing for the job and it paid off. The job looks beautiful and we've already received plenty of compliments on it. The room was in poor condition before they came in; an old converted porch with skewed walls, an uneven floor, holes throughout the floor and chunks of concrete missing. I cannot explain how completely different the room looks now! I couldn't have hoped for a better result, the work is immaculate, the lines straight and even, the tiles flat and no pops or lips sticking up, no dips. Just terrific work and I would recommend Philadelphia Brick & Stone Pointing Inc. to anyone who wants great work for a great price! Not only was the price right in line with where we needed out budget to be, but the workers were awesome, friendly, and very kind and respectful of our house as well.
