"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.

They came on time as scheduled for both the quote (which was very fair for the work that needed done) and actual work start date. The work they did looks amazing, and they took care to make the new sections of mortar have the same style as the old sections on our beautiful Victorian. They even replanted grass around the patio so we could use the fire pit that night without tracking mud on the area. The crew showed respect for my property and left the area neat and clean.
