"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

As it turns out, I believe it was the new hardware was causing it to be noisy. Joshua slightly adjusted the frame and it improved. . I would hire again for other repairs that I need done. Communication was very good."

"The door is seriously out of plumb, so there were few options for him.  However, he did manage to add some weatherstripping to get us through the winter and a new door in the spring.
