The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "This all started last winter when the roof started to leak around the fireplace.  Mr. Scandroli came out and looked at the problem and put tar all over the roof to keep it from leaking until the roof could be repaired in the spring. To my surprise he called in mid march and said they would start the roof the next Monday.  High winds kept that from happening for two days but the work started on Wednesday and was completed in 5 days.  The men came at 8am every day and worked through till it was dark.  They always made sure that everything was picked up at the end of the day.  Mr. Scandroli came by twice every day and talked to me about the progress of the roof.  The roof and gutters look great and the service was exceptional."

Please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159 to schedule a free estimate. " Now, I could have called them instead of sending a message. I know that. They didn't have to tell me that. But It would have been nice if they had answered my question. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. So I sent my request again making it clear that this was my second request. Two days later I got this. "In response to your questions, we install skylights, steel siding, and steel roofing. If you are still interested in a free estimate, please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159. Thank you." So, was that so hard? I'm not impressed and not inclined to call them. First impressions matter!"
