"Luis and his crew did a fabulous job. Removed and hauled away a 70 year old Ivy fence surrounding the front yard, along with old brick surrounding the interior of the yard. Removed old grass from a long strip between the sidewalk and street. Instead of fixing the brick planters under the two front windows, we ended up having to replace both. The house was built in 1955 and the bricks were just falling apart. The front strip between the sidewalk and street was replaced with 5 spaced out succulents and river rocks with gopher wire and barrier underneath with a drip system added. The old ivy fence was replaced with hedges. We had a very large tree removed from the front yard in 2019. The area had sunken in over time with old tree roots exposed leaving the yard very uneven. There was also a sunken area on one side of the yard. Both areas were filled in and leveled off. The grass area already had a sprinkler system from 2012 that Luis will be updating. A new drip system was put in for the hedges. The two planters were rebuilt with large bricks and river rocks were added around the existing roses and large pots. There was a dirt area over by the chimney that they also leveled, added barrier and river rocks. Looks great. Luis will be checking back to access the filled in grass areas to see how they’re settling and then will amend the grass and fertilize and plant a Crepe Myrtle tree centered in the yard. Once the hedges are established, Luis will untie the tape, remove the stakes, fluff out and trim. Everything already looks fabulous and the neighbors have been texting how great everything looks. A neighbor down the street asked for an estimate for their property. The crew was very hard working and would clean as they went. At the end of each workday they made sure everything was spotless. Probably more details than needed, but this was a lot of work and they did a fabulous job. Would hire them again and highly recommend Luis and his crew 😊"

"We've used them for about 6 months. They always check in every week confirming service - they are very responsive to any additional services requested. They mow the lawn, trim, trim hedges, etc. They have removed rocks, have trimmed trees, removed debris, done basic sprinkler repair - they are very flexible and willing. They stay on top of their workers - if there is a problem of any kind they deal with it. <br />"

"I first met Bob in 2015 about landscaping my fixer-upper that was in bad shape. I was very impressed with his plan and knowledge but he was unavailable for a while and being anxious to complete the job, I hired another company that dragged the job on for 7 months and cost much more than bid with all the add-ons. I sure wish I'd waited for Bob! He was kind enough to repair the mistakes of the other landscaper, including a water run-off issue. He knows landscaping and what works and doesn't in our area! I so trusted him that I hired him to re-landscape my daughter's ugly front yard in June, 2016 as a gift. It is beautiful! She, her husband and friends all love it! Bob continues to be available, always professional and on time. He helped me with a mini-orchard, herbs and even when I can't figure out the timer! His crew are equally professional and friendly. They all know my grandson by name and allowed him to "help"; that tells who they are. Bob isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. Bob stands by his work. "I got five bids before we started and Steve Young's bid was on the high side but he was so personable and friendly that we went with him. The good reviews on Angie's list also reinforced my decision. I have absolutely no regrets as it turned out to be a very pleasant experience and his crews were excellent. They worked hard and cared about how it looked-they were very conscientious. Steve came by each day to supervise and answer any questions I had. We have had other licensed landscapers work on our yard and Panjia Outdoors is by far the best we have used and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future. One of the reviewers said that Steve was the best contractor he had ever worked with (and he had worked with many contractors) and I concur. From beginning to end the project went well and Steve was willing to check all the drainage and ran the sprinkler system to make sure all was in working order. We are very happy with the look of the turf (invisible seams) and the fact that our water bill was 30% less as compared to last year. They also did a very good job laying the pavers and spent a lot of time leveling and preparing the surface before laying the pavers. <br />"

"My neighbors started using him as well after they saw him here.  I have been using him for years and he does a really good job.  He isn’t messy, he cleans up after himself, and he is genial.  What I really like is that I don’t have to keep track; he’ll call me to tell me when it is time for him to come out and we’ll schedule an appointment.  He is very professional, he knows exactly what he is doing, and he explained why the lawn needed this and how it would benefit the lawn.  It actually cuts down on water loss because it is absorbed instead of running off.  He is very casual but he knows what he is doing."

"I feel my lawn looks better than it did before I started using them, but I consider my overall experience with them as being mediocre. I have had to fuss with them to make them come back out and re-spray since I still have a weed problem. It is better now, but no where near being solved."
