"Hard worker. Great price (I shopped around)! Has some quality, nice and respectful sons/helpers. Good communications with me at all times which I appreciate. Installed eleven interior slab doors which required all the cutting out for the hardware and hardware installation too. My house was built in the 50 s so nothing was inline. Lots of cutting required. Took a bit longer than I thought it would but can totally understand....I paid by the door and not by the hour so I don t mind at all. Happy with the results and so is the wife!"

"When I called Dave to arrange for an estimate, he immediately asked if the drawer that had fallen apart was the silverware drawer. It was. He arrived to give me an estimate a couple of days later, measured carefully and took photos. Because the previous homeowner had purchased budget cabinets (particle board with walnut exteriors), Dave explained that it would be necessary to replace the drawers, and because of the age of the kitchen, there probably would not be stock drawers available. I was in agreement. He had both drawers replaced with maple, and I opted for a self-closing feature as a small luxury. I thought the charge was appropriate. I also asked Dave about replacing a hinge on one of the cabinets that gets a lot of use; he researched and found something similar (but not identical) online. This would have been acceptable, but then he suggested that ordering the similar hinge might not be necessary; he could swap out the problem hinges with a cabinet that was used much less-frequently. This was the perfect solution It took a couple of weeks for the drawers to be constructed, and Dave kept me updated about when I'd expect them. When he came to install them he again was right on time and measured again to ensure that they had been constructed as specified. I was extremely impressed with Dave's attention to detail, his punctuality, and his interim reports on when I could expect the drawers. I can recommend him without reservation."

For example, Paul suggested that we contacted Wickâ s floors to see if they could match our existing floor, and despite having a unique wide plank ash floor, they were able to match the floor. Paul is a Master Carpenter. We love the custom wood stove hood he designed and built! We are thrilled that Bayshore Construction could recreate the custom maple wood work to match the wood trim that previously existed in our home. Bayshore Construction provided excellent service, excellent quality of work, and excellent customer support to us. They are an excellent team to call if you need remodeling of your home."
